Are you ready to make a difference?
Johnson County Adult Literacy Program is possible because of volunteers like you!
Whether you would like to tutor students in reading, writing, English as a second language, or math, volunteer at our Scrabble Tournament, or participate in community outreach events, we NEED your help!
Training is provided. You do not have to have a degree in education-- just a love for reading and the desire to teach others the same.

Tutor Training Workshops
Tutor Training Days are scheduled as needed. Tutors will learn how to teach adults and will be introduced to the New Readers Press Adult Literacy Materials.
